CAX Online was founded by Carlos Lozano in Nov, 1999 as a side business. It started as a dot com company providing web hosting, domain registration and web design services.

Based on the deep involvement of Carlos Lozano in the Information Technology industry for more than 14 years CAX IT Services was started in Mar, 2002 to provide services locally.
